This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 15.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8205 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2579 of 2023 dated 20.04.2023 to report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in two month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
