ORDER

In continuation of my earlier order dated 14.03.2025, the Superintendent of Police, Thiruvallur District has secured the presence of Mr.Michal Lee, Managing Director, Management of KMF Automotive Private Limited, Thiruvallur District and produced him before this Court.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the order passed in W.P.No.18868 of 2019, dated 29.03.2023, has been complied with and they have also handed over a cheque bearing Cheque No.009236 drawn on IDBI Bank, Sriperumbudur, for a sum of Rs.4,19,000/-, to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also acknowledged the same.

3. In the light of the above, the bailable warrant issued on 14.03.2025 against the respondent stands recalled. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
