ORDER

The wife is the petitioner before this Court. She seeks transfer of proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sub Court at Chengalpattu to the file of the Principal Sub Court at Kovilpatti.

From the wedlock, a baby girl was born on 18.06.2020. Due to matrimonial disputes, the parties are before the Court.

3. The wife has initiated a proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2022 while she was residing at Kelambakkam. Due to her present circumstances, she has shifted her residence to Kovilpatti along with her daughter. Therefore, on grounds of inconvenience, she pleads for transfer of the case from Chengalpattu to Kovilpatti.

4. The husband has been served but none appeared on his behalf to oppose the application.

5. The distance between Kovilpatti and Chengalpattu is considerable.

6. Taking into consideration the difficulties expressed by the wife, the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court at Chengalpattu is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Principal Sub Court at Kovilpatti.
