This application has been filed by the applicant, seeking a direction to appoint Mr.Manjunath, Authorized Agent of the applicant as a Receiver to seize and take possession of the subject schedule vehicle more fully described in the Schedule of the Judge's Summons from the premises of the respondents or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises, if necessary.

2. This application is pending from the year 2019 and till date, the applicant is not able to bring any materials before this Court whether the proceedings for arbitration have been initiated or not.

3. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view the application for interim measure cannot be kept pending endlessly and hence, this application stands dismissed.
