ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to return the money to the petitioners as per the Magazar dated 23.04.2014 on the file of the first respondent in pursuance of FIR No.151 of 2014. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the FIR itself was closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram and the money was transferred to the Treasury, Pennagaram.

3.In view of the above development, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the Treasury of Pennagaram and seek for refund of the money.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
