This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR against the accused person, based on the complaint dated 06.12.2021 for the offences committed by the accused person. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.323 of 2021 and the same was closed on 31.03.2022; the closure report has also been served on the petitioner.
