Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First to Fourth Respondents to revise the panel for promotion to the post of BT Assistant (Maths) for the year 2017 by excluding the names of the Fifth and Sixth Respondents, minority language teachers not qualified with Second Class Language Test in Tamil within the statutory time limit and consequently to prepare the panel in accordance with Rules by including the name of the Petitioner with consequential promotion to the post of BT Assistant by considering the representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 21.06.2017 within a time frame fixed by the Court.
