The present Application has been filed to raise attachment order passed in A. No.5421 of 2013 by order dated 09.01.2015.

2. It is the specific case of the Applicant that as early as on 29.09.2023, the Applicant has paid a sum of Rs.1,60,000/- to the respondent in full and final settlement of the contract. The receipt of the said payment has also been confirmed by the respondent herein by letter dated 30.09.2023. In this Application, despite service of the notice, none appears on the side of the respondent.

3. In view of the fact that the Applicant has paid the entire amount due to the respondent and the respondent has also confirmed the same in writing and as the settlement is full and final settlement, there is no impediment on the present Application being allowed and consequently, this Application is hereby ordered.
