2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, would submit that the charge sheet has already been filed through e-filing on 07.08.2024 in LTN 20220002712C202400044CC, before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Virudhachalam.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
