This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23199 of 2022 on 23.09.2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, Vilakuthoon Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Mannargudi, on the 1st working day of December, 2022 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
