ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the these Writ Petitions and endorsement has also been made to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
