Crl.M.P.No.19702 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.51056 of 2023 M.DHANDAPANI, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 490 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition against the Judgment made in C.A.No.96 of 2019 by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore District.

2. Though notice was served on the respondent, when the matter is taken up, none appeared on behalf of the respondent today.

3.Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
