Common Prayer :-Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of certiorari to call for the records on the file of the respondent herein in his proceedings in TNGST 4841168/2000-2001 & 2001-2002 dated 05.04.2004 and quash the same as invalid, illegal, unsustainable and against the principles of natural justice. Govt.Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R Heard Mr.A.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kanmani Annamalai, learned Additional Government Pleader , appearing for the respondent. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal. 2.

In these Writ Petitions, the petitioner has challenged the orders passed by the respondent pertaining to IFST Differral. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the entire demand along with interest as demanded by the respondent has been paid by the petitioner on 15.03.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

To substantiate the same, the learned counsel produced the copy of the details in the printed form.

4.In the light of the subsequent developments, the Writ Petitions are allowed, the impugned proceedings are set aside, the amounts which have been paid pursuant to the interim orders granted by this Court in these Writ Petitions on 19.05.20004, shall be adjusted as against the future liability of the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
