2. Heard the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioner in both the cases.

3. Mr.C.Bala, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent in C.M.P.No.23554 of 2023 and Mr.R.Rajarajan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent in C.M.P.No.23555 of 2023 and they have no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the delay is condoned.
