ORDER
Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondent. With consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a representation on 16.07.2025 to the respondents 2/6
1 and 2 seeking to cancel or make correction of the UDR Patta No.351 in Survey Nos.64/2C4 and 65/1, at Thadhakapatti village post, Salem Taluk and District and directing 3rd respondent to take appropriate steps to survey petitioner lands in old Survey Nos.64,65,64/2A, 64/2C, 64/5A, 65/1 and now Salem Block, 0018, New Town S.No. 59, 60, 61 and 171/2, 171/1 and find out land boundaries in survey Nos.65/1E-18 cents, 64/2A-1 cents, 64/2C-3. However, the said representation has not been considered so far by the said respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation dated 16.07.2025, made by petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.
4. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ 3/6
Petition, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent concerned to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
