This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2006.

2. According to the petitioner, their association members are Burma Repatriates and also joined in the IIL Association and participated for the freedom of our country and he also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

possess all the documents to prove the same. Earlier, the petitioner sent a representation to the second respondent to allot a house site or tenement under the Freedom Fighters Scheme. But that representation was not considered by the second respondent and no order has been passed so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2016 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
