The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.08.2023 originally registered for the offence under Section 302 of IPC in Crime No.380 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail. 2.It is stated that the petitioner along with other accused had assaulted the defacto complainant with weapons on 06.08.2023 and ran away from the scene of occurrence.

3.Even though, it is not stated in the petition, on the side of the respondent, it is stated that there was a dispute of selling of ganja and the deceased had abused the wife of the one of the accused, thereby, leading to revenge attack.

4.It is also stated that the bail application of the one of the accused has been dismissed by this Court on 09.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23144 of 2023.

5.It is stated that there are totally 9 accused and all of them are in judicial custody and the investigation is at preliminary stage. 6.At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
