ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to take action in pursuance of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2024 against the occupants present in the petitioner's premises by restraining them from operating business without a valid licence.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2024 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
