ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking permission to travel abroad.

2. According to the petitioners, they have already booked the tickets to visit their grand child. The first petitioner is returning to India on 15.10.2025 and the second petitioner is returning on 10.12.2025.

3. The learned counsel has also placed the tickets before this Court.

4. Considering the nature of the allegations and also the fact that arbitration proceedings have been initiated between the parties, and both of them consented to appoint Mr. P.R.Ramakrishnan, Advocate, as Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between them, this Court is of the view that the petitioners may be permitted to visit abroad.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is Ordered and the petitioners are permitted to travel abroad as per the schedule. 03-09-2025 1/2 Mrp
