2.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.

3.Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the present petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the writ petition.

5.Notice to the newly impleaded respondents 2 & 3, returnable by 29.10.2025. Private notice is also permitted.
