ORDER

The transfer petition is filed to withdraw the M.C.No.46 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Erode and transfer the same to the the Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 19.12.2014 as per the Christian Rites and Customs. Due to misunderstandings, the petitioner and the respondent are living separately.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent / wife filed M.C.No.46 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Erode.

4. The petitioner, as per the cause list, is at Germany and permanently residing at Coimbatore. While so, the maintenance case filed by the wife need not be transferred to the Family Court at Coimbatore.

5. In view of the fact that the petitioner is not residing at Coimbatore as of now, the transfer petition deserves to be dismissed without any merit consideration. Accordingly, the transfer petition stands dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
