Crl.MP.No.15057 of 2019 in Crl.A.SR.No.51106 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 189 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.51106 of 2019, against the judgment dated 08.02.2019, made in Spl.S.C.No. 18/2016 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Perambalur District.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is ordered and the delay of 189 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.51106 of 2019, against the judgment dated 08.02.2019, made in Spl.S.C.No. 18/2016 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Perambalur District, is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
