This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 21.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.12547 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10736 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on 1st Saturday of every succeeding month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the Trial Court.
