This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 30.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13265 of 2023 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail except for unforeseen circumstances.
