(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 306 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Though the name of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent has been printed in the cause list, there was no representation on behalf of the 1st respondent.

3. Despite service of notice to the 2nd respondent and his name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
