This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 31.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18743 of 2023 to report before the 1st respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
