This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 05.09.2023 in Crl.MP.No.13912 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., 1st Saturday of every month for three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
