The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 09.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.18768 of 2024, requiring the petitioner to appear before the INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CHENGALPET POLICE STATION daily at 10.30 AM.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
