C.M.P.Nos.1207 &1208 of 2017 in S.A.Nos.72 & 73 of 2017 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

The petitioner/Appellant herein filed a suit for declaration and permanent injunction. The suit was dismissed by the Trial Court and the same was confirmed by the Appellate Court.

Against the concurrent findings of the facts, the petitioner has filed the main Second Appeal. These petitions are filed seeking interim injunction restraining respondents from interfering with the administration of the appellant temple.

2. Though notice was ordered as early as 31.07.2017, the petitioner does not enjoy any interim order for the past six years. Therefore, both the petitions are dismissed.
