These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph 7(b) that the petitioner is directed to deposit passport before the concerned Magistrate and to extend the time limit to surrender before the lower Court by an order dated 20.9.2023 in Crl.OP.No.21442 of 2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police. 3.The aforesaid condition imposed in paragraph 7(b) is deleted, since it is stated that the respondent police had seized the passport and handed it over to the passport Officials. Alternatively, the petitioner may produce one additional surety for a sum of Rs.10,000/- . Time is extended for production of such sureties till 9.11.2023.
