This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.13104 of 2023, by an order dated 14.6.2023, to report before the respondent police every day at 6.30 pm., until further orders,

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 6.30 p.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as and when required as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
