This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.11318 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2120 of 2023 dated 08.08.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
