This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute a bond for sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13496 of 2023 dated 29.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14746 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 03.11.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
