When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent would submit that originally anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner. Since the petitioner did not comply with the conditions, it has been cancelled. He would further submit that only remedy available to the petitioner is to challenge the order of cancellation.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order of cancellation.
