This petition has been filed to to quash the charge sheet filed in P.R.C.No.21 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Udumalaipet, Thirupur District for the offences under sections 304 [B] and 498 [A] IPC.

2. After hearing the submissions, when this Court is about to dismiss this petition, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners also sought indulgence of this Court for dispensing personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and endorsement being made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is well open to the petitioners to take all legal plea before the trial Court. Considering the submissions of the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with except for receiving copies, for answering the charges, for questioning under section 313 Cr.P.C. and on the dates fixed by the trial Court.
