The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a Report stating that the vehicle was repossessed and handed over to the applicant.

In spite of Court notice having been served on the respondent and the name of the respondent printed in the cause-list and the name of the respondent being called out, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent either through counsel or the respondent is present in Court.

Considering the work done by him, this Court is of the view that the Advocate Commissioner is entitled for a further remuneration of Rs.40,000/-. 4.

Recording the report of the Advocate Commissioner, the warrant issued to him stands discharged. In view of the fact that the order had been fully complied with, no further orders are required to be made in this application and accordingly, the application stands closed.
