This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore to dispose of STC No.565 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore, is directed to complete the trial in STC No.565 of 2024 and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
