This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the above appeal.

2.1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to 1st respondent is dispensed with. 2nd respondent has been served with notice and is represented through counsel.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and 2nd respondent and perused the records.

4.This Court has carefully gone through the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 56 days is condoned.

5.The name of the counsel for the 2nd respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
