(ii) Consequently grant mandatory injunction directing the defendants to transfer the rights of the suit A,C and D schedule properties in favour of plaintiff.
(iii) To direct the defendants to render true and proper accounts for the funds received by the defendants from the plaintiff from the year 2004 to 2015 together with the rental incomes received from the suit C and D schedule properties. (iv) To grant a decree for permanent injunction restraining defendants, their men, agent or any other person claiming under the defendants from alienating, encumbering, leasing out the suit A, B, C and D schedule properties in any manner whatsoever. 1/3
(vi) To pass such or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (vii) To order cost of the suit.

O R D E R
The learned counsel for the plaintiff and the learned counsel for the defendants are present. They submit that the dispute was resolved as per the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 18.08.2019. Accordingly, the learned counsel request that the suit may be disposed of by making the Joint Memo of Compromise an integral part of the judgment and decree.
2. I find that the Joint Memo of Compromise has been duly signed by the plaintiff and his counsel and also by each of the defendants and their counsel. Accordingly, this Suit is disposed of in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise dated 18.08.2019, which shall form an integral part of the judgment and decree.
