ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register an FIR, as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.12301 of 2023, by an order dated 28.04.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the order dated 28.04.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.12301 of 2023 reveals that the learned Magistrate directed the first respondent to register an FIR if any cognizable offence was found during the enquiry. As directed by the learned Magistrate, the first respondent conducted a detailed enquiry and found that no cognizable offence was made out in the complaint lodged by the petitioner. 2/4

Thereafter, the first respondent also filed a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore.

4. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered and is liable to dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
