S.ARIVAZHAGAN Advocate for the petitioner , the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- before the Trial Court, which was one among the three conditions in the earlier order dated 30.08.2019, passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12565 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.846 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite serving notice on the respondent and his name printed in the cause list, there is no appearance on behalf of him.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to financial constrains, the petitioner was not able to comply with the second condition of the earlier order of this Court, dated 30.08.2019, namely, to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- before the Trial Court within four weeks of the petitioner's release.

4. Acceding to the said request, a time of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is granted to deposit such amount.
