2. Captioned WMPs have been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original notices issued by the respondent dated 09.08.2024 bearing reference No.P2/5389/2005' [hereinafter 'impugned notices' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

3. Ms.R.Divya Preathika, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners is before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioners adverting to support affidavit submitted that the original impugned notices were misplaced and therefore, writ petitioners are not able to file the original impugned notices. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of the support affidavit, which reads as follows: 'I state that the original impugned order dated 09.08.2024 issued by the respondent was misplaced and therefore, the petitioner is not able to file the original impugned order.'
