ORDER

This Court, by order dated 18.09.2024 in W.P.No.27928 of 2024, had issued a direction to the 2 nd and 3 rd respondents to implement the warrant dated 13.03.2024 issued in E.P.No.4654 of 2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has produced an affidavit filed by the respondent / contemnor dated 28.11.2025 and submitted that the warrant was executed on 26.11.2025.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the order of this Court is complied with.

4. In view of the above, this Court finds that there is no wilful disobedience. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 28-11-2025 asi
