This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.56/2015 dated 17.01.2015, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

*2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the final report has already been taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, in C.C.No.144 of 2019. 3.In view of this development, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the above direction.
