ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 18.09.2019 vide CSR.No.769 of 2019 and subsequent complaint dated 21.09.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint has been registered in FIR.No.756 of 2019.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
