The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition challenging the auction notice dated 22.04.2004 issued by the 2nd respondent, insofar as the auction of Chicken Stall No.2 in Karachikorai, Pungar Panchayat is concerned, stating that he has paid a sum of Rs.3,055/- towards annual lease for the year 20042005. 2.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.
