The Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the judgment and decree dated 03.10.2016 passed by the learned XIII City Civil

Judge, Chennai, in I.A.No.10045 of 2016 in O.S.No.4049 of 2016, thereby directing the parties to maintain the status quo. 2.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
