This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take further action on the petition complaint dated 12.09.2019 and investigate the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that during pendency of this Court petition, the second respondent has registered an FIR in Cr.No.4/2020 and hence, this petition has become infructuous.
