ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the peace committee between the petitioner's Sangam and the 3rd respondent Sangam so as to enable the petitioner and his Sangam members to perform poojas and to worship the god at Sri Siddhthi Vinayagar and Sri Karpagam Vinayagar temple situated at Sri Thangam Nagar, Erode.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceeding is pending on the file of the first respondent and though the petitioner received notice to participate in the Peace Committee Meeting, the petitioner did not appear before the first respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent for the Peace Committee Meeting on summon. The first respondent is also directed to complete the Peace Committee Meeting, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the counter party.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
