This petition has been filed to substitute the proposed 2nd and 3rd petitioner in the place of the deceased 1st petitioner, namely K.K.Sukumaran and rank them as 2nd and 3rd petitioners in the above writ petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for and the petitioners 2 and 3 herein are substituted as petitioners 2 and 3 in the writ petition. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the writ petition and list it on 15.12.2022.
